2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the tennisq.io service.
- To authenticate your account and manage your session.
- To enforce our Terms of Use and detect abuse.
- To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- To improve the service based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Clerk — authentication and user management. See clerk.com/privacy.
- Vercel / hosting provider — infrastructure and CDN. Server logs may contain IP addresses.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage logs may be retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes.
